How we handle enquiries.
When you submit the form, Aclevate stores your name, company if supplied, email, selected service, message and submission time in a private enquiry database. We use these details to review your request and respond. Please do not include passwords, sensitive records or confidential personal information.
Only the site owner can view submitted enquiries through a signed-in review page. The form does not use an external email service or send an automatic message. We will remove enquiry details when they are no longer needed for the conversation. To request access to or removal of your enquiry, use the same form and mention your earlier email address.
The website uses no analytics or third-party tracking scripts. The hosting platform may process technical request and sign-in information to operate the site.
Private project workspaces
Property Studio and the CRM example use ChatGPT sign-in. A stable account identifier separates your records from other visitors’ records. We store the plans, uploaded images, contacts, opportunities and notes that you choose to save, with revision and update information. These records are not published and are not available to other visitors. Authorised service administration may require access to stored data.
You can export your work and delete individual saved records in each project. Sign out when using a shared device. Unsaved edits remain in the current browser page and are lost when it closes. These examples have no connection to Aclevate’s local CRM database.
Map imagery is off until you enable it. When enabled, the selected NGI imagery host or OpenStreetMap receives your IP address and the map area you view. Your drawings and notes are not sent to the imagery provider. Capture dates may be unknown and map-derived dimensions are estimates.
